ZNA Series

Sunbo ZNA filter press feed pump suits for various occasions such as coal dressing, environmental protection, aluminum plant, steel plant, smelting, etc. The special hydraulic design insures the pump performance curve is steeper than common slurry pump, from big flow & small pressure to small flow & high head.

In the early process of feeding, the valve is not used to control the motor overload caused by excessive flow. At the same time, the low pressure will not impact the filter plate frame, which reduces the damage of the filter cloth on the filter plate frame, and will not impact the filter plate to cause vibration, avoid pump holding, no leakage.

Advantages

1. Special sealing device, Sunbo use lip seal and high-class carbon fiber packing, wear-resistant shaft sleeve to insure zero leakage with long time running.
2. The double-impeller design, make a much longer life time of the feed slurry pump. Two impellers share the inner high pressure seperately, decdrease the impeller and casing wear out. 
3. High abrasion resistance material, all wear parts made of  Cr20, Cr17, increase the life time maximally.
4. Wide range of applications-on the basis of the original 1450r/min, Sunbo new developed a low-speed 970r/min slurry feeding pump. The new feed pump runs with low speed makes the pumping system more table running than single impeller pump. It can work with different kinds if filters.

ZNB Series

In recent years, the ZNB pump called "special feed pump for filter press". The pump sucks slurry from the rear side, and the packing seal with no leakage. More importantly, its flow and head curve is very steep, which is very suitable for some special working conditions.

Working Principle

1. At the beginning of feeding stage, the filter chamber is empty and needs to be full quickly. The ZNB filter pump is large flow to ensure that the filter can be filled quickly.
2.Boost filtration stage: ZNB pump can work with big flow with low pressure. As the feed pressure gradually increases, the filter cake in the filter press becomes thick, and the water output of the filter press begins to change from large to small. The filter capacity of the filter press has also changed from large to small, and the feed rate has also decreased.
3.Pressure maintaining stage: when the filtration pressure of the filter press rises to the maximum condition, the feed pressure needs to maintain constant pressure, and the filtration capacity of the filter press is further reduced until the filtration is completed. At this time, the ZNB pump press becomes the minimum and starts to maintain constant pressure feeding.

Suction pipe size need be same or bigger of the pump suction.
