Working Principle

Hydraulic sand pumps are usually driven by hydraulic motors, which are powered by the hydraulic system of the excavator. When the hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic motor, it drives the motor to rotate, which in turn drives the pump shaft and impeller to rotate. During the rotation of the impeller, the mixture of sand and water is sucked into the pump body, and then thrown out and discharged by centrifugal force, realizing the extraction and transportation of sand.

The main features of the hydraulic sand pump include:
Wear resistance: The pump casing, main impeller, stirring impeller, upper and lower guard plates and other flow parts are cast by high wear-resistant alloy tempering process, and other materials can also be customized.
Sealing: The special sealing device is used to avoid frequent replacement of mechanical seals and improve the working efficiency of the equipment.
Flexibility: It is installed on the forearm of the excavator and driven by the hydraulic system. It is flexible and can be freely transferred.
